BAD DAY

The alarm sounded loudly from inside the room of the sleeping girl, the time is 7 AM. Slowly she began to open her eyes and look toward the window. and it is true that the sky has changed color.
"Wow it's morning, I should get a shower" said Hinata
A 19-year-old girl who lives alone in a Metropolitan city who is studying at a college at one of Tokyo's top universities. Her name is Hinata. She is a smart, diligent, innocent, noisy and pretty girl. But somehow she is too stupid in terms of romance.

After dressing neatly and does not forget to wear make-up, she immediately went to college on foot. The cool morning air was pleasant though it came, enjoying the wind that stroked her black hair.
"Wow very crowded today, what's up?" She said curiously at the unusual campus conditions.
From afar came the sound of yelling out her name while waving hands
"Hinata!!! Let's blood donation" invite the girl who is one of Hinata's classmates, her name is Miou. Her appeal was immediately rejected by Hinata
"Hah? What you say? Blood donors? I have never been, and I am really afraid of needles you know" she said

"Aish… just needle you scared? Fear is with the god not with a needle” said Miou
And as if to calm her friend, Hinata agrees to her friend's invitation so that

she will not hear her babble further, and then they both walked into the classroom. There was a lecturer in the classroom that already waiting.
The course of the day is English Literature, which is literary like poetry, prose, drama and etc.

While Miou is well known for the subject and listens once when the lecturer speaking in front of the class, in contrast to Hinata is engrossed in playing smartphones in a quiet way with a book in front of her so that the lecturer would not know it.

"Hmm, literature is difficult and excessive. I think people who study the science of literature can be a Casanova " she said alone

Miou is sitting next to her and she has a good hearing. She could not stand on hearing it to her funny friend's remark
"Hey you.. literature is so impressive you know. I want to have a boyfriend who smart in literature and definitely is a romantic person. Because every circle of my life will be filled by the beautiful words from him which I will not know about it. "Miou said proudly and happily
Hinata disagreed with what her friend said, for her a smart guy in literature is a candidate number one seducer a.k.a Playboy a.k.a Cassanova
"If you do not believe just look at it later" said Hinata

Upset with Hinata's remarks, without thinking long Miou hit Hinata's head with a book
"Ouch! So Hurt” shouted Hinata
Miou smiled with satisfaction at the painful Hinata, and then hit her again and again. Without them knowing, the two of them had been very noisy once and as a result they were expelled by lecturers from the classroom.
"Aish, it is so annoying, it is okay to talk. We live in a democracy. So of course it is okay to speak " Hinata said, that did not accept the injustices that happened to her

"Iyupss, that is true my friend, it is not fair to be expelled from class, we are entitled to education" said Miou with annoyed mixed sad
"It is all because of you" Miou said and pointing her finger to Hinata

"Hah? What did you say? How come I am wrong? It is obviously your fault Miou” Hinata said defensively

“Next time do not speak loudly please, so that the lecturer does not hear what we are talking about "said hinata casually
And Miou does not accept it, because for her, Hinata’s voice is too loud, then she pulled and hit her friend with a bag. On the contrary, they both attack each other, nobody wants to budge
After a few minutes they were exhausted by the panting breath

"Already, I was really tired, I give up" said Hinata
"Yeah .. I am also tired of having friends like you" Miou said
Hinata glanced sharply at Miou, a sign that she was ready to strike again with her bag. But it was canceled, because they both looked at each other and then laughed together

Then Miou remembered the blood donation event organized by the Indonesian Red Cross Society a.k.a PMI Go To Campus later.

She invites Hinata to go there quickly than there is nothing to do outside the classroom like that.

"Come on, Hinata! We are blood donors. And you know? we will get free food too hehehe” Miou said happily
"Hmm I am afraid, is there something bad with me, you want to take responsibility!" replied Hinata
"Aish honey, you make me want to laugh so hard. Do not think the weird thing. Is okay honey. Blood donor is healthy and no side effects " said Miou with a big laugh
Actually Hinata wanted to, but she was afraid. But after she thinks hard and against her fear, she decides to donate her blood, because she thinks that a bag of blood she donates can save the lives of others in need.
Upon arrival, they both filled out a form containing questions. After that they got the queue number. looking around makes both of them think they are in a hospital unlike in college.

After waiting, finally arrived in their turn called to enter into the room. Seemed lined stretcher for volunteers lying in front of them.
Hinata's fear reappeared, she longed to get out of the room, then walked on one stretcher and lay down.

The middle-aged officer asked her
"Have you ever donor or not girls?"
"Never before, this is the first time ma’am" Hinata replied
When the officer takes out a syringe and sticks it into her arm, she complains of pain and pulls her hand. It hurt like a life out of her body even though she, herself did not know exactly how.

Miou is lying next to her it appears quiet and calm, as if she is able to withstand the pain that pierces her.
Hinata was amazed by her one friend. In her heart she said
"Is she a robot?" How could there be no pain reaction at all”

Luckily the PMI officer was kind, and patient. So she was not annoyed to Hinata. Then the officer asked Hinata's left hand, and she was confused, why the other hand had to be injected.

Then the officer explained what happened just now. And consequently Hinata suffered terribly because it had to be injected up to two times.
However, she was delighted to see the bloody bag filled with O's blood.
Before getting out of bed, the officer rolled up Hinata's sleeve and talking to her a bit.
"Do not be afraid to come blood donor again yes" said the officer
While Hinata just smile because it still feels pain.
Then the officer suddenly asked

"You already have a boyfriend yet?" asked the officer with a little laugh
Have not had time to answer, the officer seemed very sure if Hinata already have a boyfriend, so Hinata just smile sweetly to the officer.
“Tomorrow if you donate blood again, invite your boyfriend yes, so to feel the pain together. it's romantic" the officer said with a happy laugh
After that she thanked to Hinata, and Hinata replied thanks back to the officer.
Then they both went out of the room

“Hinata, what happened to you earlier? "Miou asked
"When the officer stabbed me by a needle, I pulled my hand away. I never thought it very hurt honey" Hinata replied

“Yes indeed sick of course. if we blood donor must get ready to get sick from being pierced by a needle that can be spelled pretty big. But the point is I am proud of you honey! I did not think you dared too. Hinata you are amazing " Miou said proudly for entertaining her.

“Yes, of course. Thank you so much honey hehee” Hinata replied as she hugged her friend

Moving out of the room, they were given a handbag by the organizing committee containing juice, wafers, milk, honey and etc.

Both of them sat on benches in front of campus usually called gazebo and then drinking juice to restore energy.
Afterwards, they decided to go home and rest in their homes.

At night Hinata calls Miou via whatsapp, and asks how she is doing
"Hello Miou, how are you? Have you eaten already?"
"Me? I’m fine honey. Hey you! I should have asked you how your feel right now whether it still hurts? "Miou asked
"Hmm honey, why the pain does not go away yes, and I feel my body feels bad and hot " asked Hinata that makes Miou laugh hard

"Hey Miou, my annoying friend, quickly answered" Hinata peeved who is waiting for Miou's answer who is engrossed in laughter regardless of her friend's question
Like a headlight emerging over her head, she turned off the phone from Hinata when the voice call is in progress, and then she laughed happily can make her friend peeved .

In her room, she very annoyed. Hinata was irritated by the behaviour of her friends are noisy, amid the irritation, there is an incoming message from an unknown number
"PING" (a word that appears on the screen)
Confused about the incoming message, she prefers not to reply it.

Kring ... kring ... kring .. kring… (handphone ringing)
Was confused to pick up the call or not. And finally she decided to pick it up
"Hello.. is it true with Hinata? a student of English Department? "sounded female voice across there
"Yeah right, I am Hinata. Sorry who is this?” Hinata asked curiously
"I am Azura, a student majoring in Korean language and literature.

I want to apologize first, because I get your number from my friend wtihout your permission first. I am ... " said the woman
Immediately, Hinata's hands and body trembled, and struck by a thunderbolt, hearing the very unexpected news. She had heard from the woman caller.

Suddenly she rememberes all the moments that she did with the man and still holding the phone in her ear, and hoping that what happened now was a dream. Unconsciously, she felt tears falling dripping down her chubby cheeks like a bakpao cake. She does not know, why it hurts like an arrow stuck right in the heart.

And in her heart, she said
"Yeah, I know today is coming. Why do I have to cry, and why should I fall in love with that man. All this is my fault and also because of my ignorance” as if giving peace to herself
